Leadership with shared responsibility
Borislav Mladjov is a real estate developer with extensive experience across the full development lifecycle. In 2020, he co-founded his first real estate development company, successfully delivering a first generation of projects that were subsequently transferred to institutional investors and long-term asset holders. Following this phase, he exited the company with the ambition to establish a new platform built around his vision of integrated development, clear accountability, and sustainable value creation.
Plamena Lalova is responsible for construction management and execution across all projects. She has worked closely with Borislav Mladjov for many years, both as a partner at SoMu Architekten and within his previous development venture, where she oversaw the construction and delivery of multiple successfully completed projects. Her expertise spans planning coordination, construction supervision, and the realization of complex architectural developments.
